Project Overview
The KTC FOREVER Page brought together information about earning and redeeming KTC credit card points, including discounts, statement credits, point transfers, airline miles, promotions, and redemption through KTC Mobile.
I was responsible for the front-end development of the previous Magento-based version of the KTC website. My role was to translate the provided design into a functional and responsive web page across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Responsibilities
I developed the page structure and visual components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The implementation included banners, content sections, promotional cards, tabs, sliders, and accordion components based on the designs provided by the design team.
I also adapted the layout for multiple screen sizes and verified the visual details, spacing, typography, and interactive behavior before release.
Challenges
The page contained a large amount of content and several different component types. Each section required a different combination of banners, promotional cards, tabs, sliders, and expandable content.
The main challenge was creating a flexible front-end structure while preserving the visual hierarchy and expected interactions across different screen sizes.
Result
The final implementation presented the KTC FOREVER rewards content in a responsive, structured page with interactive components that made each type of information easier to access.
The KTC website was later migrated to a new CMS and rebuilt. The current live implementation is therefore different from the version presented in this case study.
